Q: Do you have a return policy? 

A: Yes, you can return your items within 14 days of purchase for a store credit.

Q: Can you hold an item for me? 

A: No. We cannot hold items for several reasons. But, if there is an item that you see you want & you can always purchase it online & choose "Local Pick Up" at checkout!

Q: If I choose local pick up at checkout, how soon is my order ready? 

A: Orders placed during store hours are ready right away for pick up (unless it is a preorder)! If the order is placed after business hours or on the weekends, it will not be available until the following open business day. You should receive a notification via email when your item is ready for pickup!

Q: How soon does my order ship out? 

A: Orders go out the following business day. We do not ship on Sunday's, Monday's, and national holidays.

Q: What is Sezzle? 

A: Sezzle is a payment solution that gives you the freedom to buy now and pay later - with no interest! When you place an order through Sezzle, their unique approvals system reviews your account to determine what sort of repayment plan we can offer. In most cases, it's 25% of the order total due up-front (also called your "downpayment" or "first installment"), with the remaining amount divided up across three more installments, each due two weeks apart. No interest, no up-front or hidden fees. In fact, as long as you pay off your installments on time, there are no fees at all! When your order is placed, Sezzle pays the merchant in-full for the order immediately - so the merchant has their funds and is able to process your order just like if you had paid them in full with a credit card! This isn't layaway, so the merchant fulfills your order within their normal shipping and processing times.

Q: What are your hours? 

A: Tuesday - Friday 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM!

Q: Can I use two discount codes at once?  

A: Unfortunately, no you can’t.
